Data collected when you bet
Registration and ordinary use record what is needed for the account to function and for legal obligations to be met.
- Identity data — name, date of birth, address, email and phone number.
- Payment data — method used, transaction history and verification documents.
- Betting data — sessions, bets placed, settlements, preferences and limits.
- Technical data — IP address, access time, language, browser type and error reports.
Nothing personal is gathered without your knowledge. What you type in you provide deliberately, and the technical entries come from the server log every website maintains.
Why that data is processed
Processing serves a limited set of purposes: creating and running your account, settling payments, verifying identity, preventing fraud and money laundering, providing support, and improving the service.
Data may also be used to tell you about promotions. If you would rather not receive those messages, switch them off in account settings or use the unsubscribe link in the message. That has no effect on anything else in the account.
Sharing with other parties
External providers handle payment processing, identity checks, technical support and fraud prevention. They receive only what their task requires and are bound to confidentiality.
Data may be disclosed to regulators, banks or law enforcement where the law requires it, or where there is a concrete suspicion of fraud or money laundering. Because servers and providers can sit in different countries, processing may also take place outside your own.
Retention and security
Records are kept while the account exists and afterwards for as long as the law requires, including for accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations. They are then deleted or anonymised.
Traffic between your browser and the platform is encrypted. Access to stored data is limited to staff who need it for their work. On your own side, two-factor sign-in is the strongest measure available to you.
Your rights over your data
You can ask what is held about you, request correction of anything inaccurate, and object to use for marketing. Deletion is possible where no statutory retention obligation stands in the way.
Requests go through support from inside your account, so that it is clear they come from the account holder. If you disagree with how a request is handled, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
Minors and outside links
The service is intended only for people aged 18 and over. Where it emerges that someone below that age has submitted information, it is deleted and the account closed. Parents who want to restrict access can use filtering software on a child's device.
This site links to other websites. What happens to your data there is governed by those operators' own policies rather than this document.
