PulsarSpins betting terms and conditions

The agreement between you and the platform: what is expected of your account, how the cashier works and which rules govern bonuses and disputes.

What these terms cover

Using the platform or opening an account means accepting the rules on this page, together with the privacy policy, the cookie policy and the separate conditions attached to individual promotions. Read them before your first deposit rather than after it.

The text can be revised, for instance when legislation or regulatory requirements change. The version in force is always the one published on the platform, and continuing to bet after a change means the revised rules apply to you.

Who may open an account

An account is personal. By registering you declare that you are at least 18 years old, or older where the law that applies to you sets a higher age. Whether online betting is permitted where you live is your own responsibility to establish.

The details you provide must be complete, accurate and in your own name. If something is wrong, report it to support rather than changing it yourself. Credentials are not shared with anyone, and misuse by a person you gave them to falls on you.

An account cannot be transferred. Selling, pledging or handing it to someone else is prohibited, and the same applies to the balance, open bets and any rights connected to them.

One account per person

You may hold a single profile. Where several people bet from the same household, network or device, tell us in advance.

Where duplicate accounts are found, every profile involved can be closed, bets can be voided, and bonuses and winnings from the additional account removed. The same one-per-household rule is written into each promotion separately.

Deposits, withdrawals and verification

You bet with your own money, using a payment method registered in your name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Cash and cheques are not accepted, and no credit is extended.

Identity verification is requested before a first withdrawal. It covers an identity document, proof of address and evidence that the payment method belongs to you. While that check is open, a request stays pending.

A request is processed once outstanding wagering requirements are met. Amounts sitting on the account as bonus, and stakes held in an abandoned round, are not withdrawable. Limits per transaction and per period vary by method, account status and timing.

If a withdrawal is cancelled, the money returns to the playable balance. Anything staked after that cannot be reclaimed.

Bonuses and wagering

Every promotion carries its own conditions in addition to these general rules, and taking part means accepting both. An offer can be ended or amended.

Bonus funds sit on a separate balance and move across only once wagering is complete. The requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount. Not every market contributes: handicaps, over and under, both teams to score, odd or even, total goals, cashed-out bets and free bets are excluded from the calculation on sports promotions.

Bonuses carry an expiry. Whatever is unwagered when it passes is removed together with derived winnings. Conversion to cash is capped at a multiple of the bonus granted, and funds above that ceiling are voided at conversion. Abuse of promotions, including arrangements designed to extract a bonus without risk, results in the bonus and its winnings being reclaimed.

When a bet can be voided

There are circumstances in which a placed bet is cancelled in whole or in part. These include an obvious error in price, time or description, a technical fault that allowed a bet which would otherwise have been refused, and the involvement of anyone able to influence the outcome.

Bets are also void where an event is abandoned, where the venue changes materially, or where the format is altered in a way that changes what was offered. Arbitrage and value-betting patterns designed to guarantee a return regardless of outcome may be voided and the account closed.

Where fraud, collusion or the circumvention of limits across multiple accounts is established, the profile can be closed and the balance withheld. Suspected money laundering and other criminal activity is reported to the competent authorities.

Complaints, liability and applicable law

Complaints go to support first, through live chat or the messaging function inside your account. Include your username, the registered address, the date of the incident and a clear description. If the matter is not resolved, it can be escalated to an independent dispute resolution body.

No liability is accepted for outages, interruptions or delays in connectivity. Where a round is lost to a system fault, the stake is returned. Where a fault occurs inside a game, payouts from that round are void.

Tax treatment of winnings depends on where you live and on where the operator is licensed. Reporting and paying any tax due is your own responsibility, and guidance should come from your local tax authority. The brand name, logo, software and page design are protected. These terms are governed by the law of Curaçao.
